By Nick Cunha Virgin Islands Search & Rescue is seeking an Executive Administrator. This fun and worthwhile position requires an outgoing, self-motivated, organised and hardworking team player. Some evenings and weekends will be required for fundraising events and meetings, so the applicant must be flexible. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: General Administration, Accounting, Membership, Merchandising, Fundraising, Events, Public Speaking, Social Media and the compilation of the annual Newsletter. Must be IT literate, excellent organisational skills, keen attention to details with the ability to work from initiative or instruction. Applicants must have at least 4 years’ office management experience including accounting with Quickbooks. Marine industry experience beneficial but not essential.
