24 year old Dive instructor with head wound at Savannah Bay, Virgin Gorda. The casualty was experiencing nausea and dizziness due to a bleeding puncture wound. Spirit was met at the dock by an ambulance and the casualty was transported to the Virgin Gorda Clinic for treatment.
