20 year old male stung around the neck by Box Jellyfish, now experiencing difficulty in breathing and tightness around the sting area. The vessel he was aboard started towards Road Town, Spirit launched to rendez vous mid channel for initial assessment of the casualty. Spirit crew boarded and immediately administered O2 and started to assess the casualty. An Ambulance was requested to meet the rescue vessel at Road Town Government Dock. Spirit stood down at 1138.
